A new yoga class is starting to help participants connect their mind and body through practice of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques). This 10-week course also incorporates meditation to quiet and still the mind. This practice of Hatha yoga increases strength and improves flexibility, reducing stress and promoting deep relaxation.

Starting 15 June

10.00 am to 11.15 am

$90 for 10 week course

$60 for students

About SWAMINI AMRITANANDA

SwaminiAmritananda is based in our Auckland and Nelson centre and is heading activities there along with overseeing the activities all across New Zealand. She runs the Mission’s activities in Auckland and Nelson, where she conducts regular yoga classes, meditation sessions & Vedanta study group for adults & children. She is also a qualified YOGA teacher trained in Sivananda Yoga Centre, India.
