Learn the techniques for meditation in Six Friday evenings. To rise above our identifications with our limited mind and intellect by a conscious contemplative flight, is the only method of awakening into truth and reaching the higher Consciousness.

In this six-week course, SwaminiAmritananda will guide you to focus your mind and make it single pointed.  This practice of Dhāraṇā or one-pointed attention will then lead to Dhyana yoga or the yoga of meditation – that brings about a deep sense of unity, clarity and inner joy to rediscover THAT which is present within.

About SWAMINI AMRITANANDA

SwaminiAmritananda is based in our Auckland and Nelson centre and is heading activities there along with overseeing the activities all across New Zealand. She runs the Mission’s activities in Auckland and Nelson, where she conducts regular yoga classes, meditation sessions & Vedanta study group for adults & children. She is also a qualified YOGA teacher trained in Sivananda Yoga Centre, India.
